A judge, the DA and a superstar philanthropist take the lead at inaugural luncheon

The 411: Philanthropist, author and big-time oil manLester Smith handled the delicate issue of sobriety with aplomb and humor as luncheon co-chair and emcee Deborah Duncan of KHOU Channel 11asked the tough questions. Also serving as co-chair was Alicia Smith, working with luncheon chair Ali Saberioon.
Lending clout to the proceedings were honorary chairs Harris County District Attorney Devon Anderson and Judge Denise Bradley.
PDAP board chair Adrian Goodisman and PDAP president and CEO Danielle Lutz thanked the gathering which raised $115,000 for the non-profit focusing on prevention and recovery programs for those dealing with drug and alcohol abuse.
