Lindsay Lohan copycat? Houston plastic surgeon makes estranged sister look like the troubled star
Houston cosmetic surgeon Dr. Franklin Rose's phone has been ringing nonstop with interview requests since In Touch magazine recently revealed his makeover of Lindsay Lohan's estranged half sister. Ashley Horn, 18, came to Rose wanting to look more like the troubled actress, whose battles with drugs and alcohol have been documented in the tabloids.
"Patients have come in wanting Scarlett Johansson's breasts and Angelina Jolie's lips, but I've rarely had someone who wanted to look like Lindsay Lohan," Rose tells CultureMap.

Horn was referred to Rose because her mother, former beauty pageant contestant Kristi Horn, is a friend of a nurse who works for the Houston surgeon and was familiar with his work. The three-hour surgery involving five procedures cost $25,000, In Touch reports.
"Really, she just wanted a little bit of refining," Rose says.
Three weeks ago, he performed a rhinoplasty (contouring Horn's nose), injected fat from her thighs into her cheeks and chin, and performed liposuction under her neck to give her face a more triangular look. "I always tell my patients less is more," Rose says.
Lohan's father, Michael Lohan, was confirmed to be Horn's father by a paternity test that was unveiled last year on The Trisha Goddard Show. Horn does not have a relationship with Lindsay Lohan, 27.
“My goal was to look like Lindsay in her good days, when she was around 18, 19 years old,” Horn told the magazine.
"She really wanted to just make her face look prettier to help in an entertainment career," Rose says. "I hope she gets to be famous because the girl is really sweet."
