Redbud Gallery presents David Andrews: "Rail Providence" opening reception

eventdetail

Redbud Gallery presents the artwork of local Houston artist David Andrews. Andrews captures photos of rail cars found in Houston, where a combination of man-made and natural forces coalesce into accidental works of art.

The graphic nature of his photography represents a passionate blend of his studies in architecture and graphic design. With his knowledge of design, he skillfully captures his affinity for the affects of nature on the urban landscape, which echoes to the dilapidated, eroded remnants of modern society. "Rail Providence" is his first solo exhibition.

Following the opening reception, the exhibit will be on display through June 27.
