This event will feature an evening of fizzy conversation with Clark Cooper Concepts executive chef Brandi Key and SaltAir Seafood Kitchen general manager Wendi Lambert about food, history, and, of course, the bubbles. There will also be a tour of Rienzi before the seated dinner.
