Emily Burguieres Dalicandro will be the chair for Houston Aphasia Recovery Center’s (HARC) 7th Annual “Let’s Talk” Luncheon.

For the 43,000 Houstonians living with aphasia, a loss of language due to a stroke or traumatic brain injury, the road to recovery can be daunting. They want to get better, have a safe place to learn to communicate again, and live successfully with aphasia. HARC’s committed team of professionals provides a therapeutic environment, aphasia-related education, advocacy, and resources.  HARC, the only wellness facility in Houston committed to the participants’ long-term recovery, stands as a beacon of hope where dignity is regained in a life-affirming environment.
