The Cypress Symphonic Band offers an alternative with their concert, “Around the World in 80 Minutes: The Spring Concert.” The concert will be mostly in northern Europe this time, traveling through the British Isles (“English Dances,” “Mannin Veen,” “West Highlands Sojourn,” “Old Scottish Melody”), Scandinavia (“Nordic Symphony: Second Movement”), and Russia (“Firebird Suite - Berceuse and Finale”).
