Slamdance has established a reputation for premiering new films by first-time writers and directors working within the creative confines of limited budgets.

This documentary hones in on the life and mind of one of the most outspoken personalities in the motor-sports industry. Larry Linkogle, a world record-holding dirt bike legend, kick-started the entire freestyle motocross revolution. But as the new sport took off, so did his inner demons.

Also on the bill is a short film, Oaks. The film tells the story of Ethan Rose as he befriends the keyboardist of a silent-era pipe organ, resulting in the critically acclaimed record, Oaks.
