Cars out, piano in as opera company takes over showroom to celebrate 20th season

The 411: Shiny wheels out, baby grand piano in as the center of attention at the car dealership where Deborah Haynie and Kirby Janke hosted the gathering of subscribers, young professionals, board members and singers.
In addition to the schmoozing, libations and nibbles, the evening included a musical program introduced by Oh! maestro Eiki Isomura. Principal cast members from the current production of I Pagliacci performed including tenor James Rodriguez. As guests applauded the artists, Oh!'s mission was brought home — providing a stage for young, emerging artists and providing affordable and accessible opera to Houston.
