Here's the cheesy list of food items Houstonians just couldn't get enough of in 2015
Delivery apps of all kinds made our lives simpler in 2015, but undoubtedly one of the most popular was "get anything delivered" service Favor. Those runners in electric-blue tuxedo shirts could be spotted all over Houston, especially during mealtimes when getting away from the office seemed impossible.
So what kinds of food did the denizens of Houston order in the most?
The green chile queso and chips from Torchy's Tacos rounded out a lot of meals as the No. 1 most ordered item.
Raising Cane's chicken finger box combo with a sweet tea nabbed the second spot, and rotisserie chicken taco at Velvet Taco came in third.
The organic spinach dip from Ruggles Green is No. 4 — seems like we're a dip and taco kinda town — while the Margherita pizza at Dolce Vita Pizzeria and Enoteca came in at No. 5.
Queso reigned supreme in Texas, with more than one-fourth of all Favor orders. In Austin, Torchy's green chile queso nabbed the No. 1 spot while in Dallas, it took the No. 3 position.
