Houston's the kind of town you can live in for years and still be constantly finding new places and things. It's complex and insider-y, and that's just the way we like it. But that does make it that much more impressive when an outsider, even someone like NPR's Steve Inskeep, can come in for a short period and get so much right. Houston was the final stop in Inskeep's Urban Frontiers series on how cities grow and change, and talked to Houstonians about issues from gentrification and diversity to sprawl and energy efficiency. Though we missed the live airings last month, the online clips (at the links above) are worth a read or listen.
