Chef Travis McShane brings experience from working in New York for one of the country’s most well-regarded chefs, in his case farm-to-table pioneer Jonathan Waxman. Those influences show up at his Italian-inspired Montrose eatery in dishes such as the wood-roasted chicken that features incredibly crispy skin and the housemade pastas topped with an array of seasonal ingredients. Sitting on the patio, enjoying a glass of wine and a pasta makes for a  great experience, especially with a cannoli for dessert.
