A longtime Midtown staple, The Fish underwent a facelift last year that has impressed its longtime patrons as well as “new guard” diners clamoring for reservations. Owner Michael Collins and executive chef Harold Wong continue to keep popular staples like the Lickitty Spilt roll and the Millennium roll on the menu. Diners can also enjoy Chef Wong’s “Cold Line” featuring his truffle tuna, comprised of bigeye tuna, truffle citrus oil, yuzu tobiko and garlic chips, and the Tombo Ahia with albacore tuna, pineapple, bell pepper, shallot and cilantro. Other new features include patio seating, Sunday brunch, happy hour during the week and reverse happy hour on Thursdays from 8 pm to midnight.
