El Big Bad
Known for their infused tequilas, this bigger, badder version of gastrocantina El Gran Malo sits in the former Cabo space near Market Square. The design blends imagery from fairy tales and Mexican culture in a stunning away that invites guests to explore both floors of the space. Overseen by executive chef Jonathan Jones (ex-Beaver's, Xuco Xicana, etc), the menu features the tacos EGM was known for along with a new focus on seafood and larger entree dishes. An order of Jones's signature Jalisco hot wings, paired with a blueberry jalapeno margarita, makes for an excellent happy hour snack.
