Chef Graham Laborde's "love letter to the Gulf Coast" offers something worth devouring at lunch and dinner. Groups should not miss the I-10 Tower with a dozen oysters, ranch-dusted chicharrones, pickled shrimp, smoked fish dip, and marinated crab claws for $70. Lighter fare includes seared Gulf fish over grits or seared snapper, and fried items — catfish or po' boys — are well-executed. Bar director Leslie Ross' creative cocktails and pastry chef Julia Doran's desserts, such as strawberry hand pie, round out the offerings.
