Aurora Picture Show

From the moment 10 years ago when artist Andrea Grover transformed a 1924 church into an offbeat non-profit cinema showcasing non-commercial and experimental short films and videos, hipsters and artists have gravitated to the Aurora Picture Show like moths to a flame. It's been the subject of a PBS documentary, featured on the Sundance Channel and has attracted more than 400 guest artists, including the provocative high priestess of performance art, Laurie Anderson. With several screenings every month, it’s likely you’ll find something mind-expanding to watch on a regular basis.
