In high school, Usher released his first album featuring successful rapper Sean "Diddy" Combs. Today, Usher is coming full circle by searching for young talent. He is responsible for signing one of today's biggest artists, Justin Bieber. In 2012, Usher continued to search and cultivate young talent as a judge on the popular reality show, The Voice. Usher's latest album, Looking 4 Myself, was released in 2012.
