In 2006, Jake Owen released his first album, Startin' With Me. Country stars such as Kenny Chesney and Brad Paisley recognized Owen's talent and added him to their tours. The golfer-turned-musician has earned 2008 Top New Male Vocalist from the Academy of Country Music and 2012 Breakthrough Artist of the Year from the American Country Awards. His latest album, Days of Gold, was released in December.
Doors open at 6:45 p.m.; performers usually take the stage between 9 and 9:30 p.m.
