Benefiting Masquerade Theatre, "Serenade by the Sea" will also include the world premiere of Galveston, The Musical, developed from the historically based work by Bob Wilkins. Channel 8 Anchor Ernie Manouse will serve as emcee for the evening, and Frank Billingsley, Channel 2 Chief Meteorologist, will be the auctioneer.
