Gallery Talk: Lone Star Modernism and Richard Stout: The Early Years

William Reaves Fine Art

Lone Star Modernism: A Celebration of Mid-Century Texas Art features works from 1945 to 1970, a period that coincided with the state's emerging art enterprise, teeming with energetic and creative growth. In the alcove gallery, Richard Stout: The Early Years, features a selection of early Stout works from the 1950s and 60s. The formative stages of this Houston stalwart will be on full display.

A gallery talk will be held on Saturday, April 30 from 2 - 4 p.m. Both exhibitions are on view through May 7.
