“Cold War Stories” will blend music and discussion and feature special guest and Romanian author Andrei Codrescu. An accomplished and engaging presenter, Codrescu will discuss the experience of bridging cultures and crossing boundaries through art, music, literature and conversation. Codrescu is a poet, novelist, essayist, teacher and regular commentator on National Public Radio.

Guest artists will include violist James Dunham and the Flying Balalaika Brothers from Austin. The evening will be moderated by neuroscientist and author David Eagleman.
