The Secondary Colors is an original collaborative contemporary dance and music work presented by the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Center for Arts at the University of Houston and Karen Stokes Dance, featuring work by Karen Stokes and composer Bill Ryan.
This premiere features nine dancers from Karen Stokes Dance and six world-class musicians hand;selected by Bill Ryan: David Cossin, percussion; Michael Lowenstern, clarinet; Todd Reynolds, violin; Andrew Russo, piano; Pablo Mahve-Veglia, cello; and Jonathan Nichol, saxophone.
