Crohn's and Colitis Foundation presents 2016 Winter Ball

The 2016 Winter Ball celebrates its 29th year with the Age of Aquarius. The event will recognize and honor this year’s ABC-13’s Women of Distinction presented by Mercedes-Benz Dealers of Greater Houston, Ambassador, Young Rising Star, and Honored Hero. All proceeds will benefit the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America- South Texas Chapter to improve the lives of patients and our medical community right in our local community through local services and research to find a cure.

The 2016 Women of Distinction honorees include: Gina Bhatia, Estella Cockrell, Gina Gaston, Lisa Holthouse, Mady Kades, Dee Dee Marsh, Paula Mendoza, Jo Ann Petersen, Barbara Van Postman, and Lynn Walsh. Phoebe Tudor has been named the 2016 Ambassador while high school senior Bradlee Few will be recognized as the Rising Star. Allie Doyle has also been named the Honored Hero of the night and will be sharing her story as a patient.
