The City of Bellaire's Celebration of Independence Parade & Festival will feature the main parade starting at South Rice Avenue and Valerie Street, and the Children's Bike Parade starting at South Rice Avenue and Evergreen Street. Both parades will end at South Rice Avenue and Linden Street.
