The Big Parade and Children's Parade, themed "America's Founders," begin at 9:30 am. The route begins at the Bellaire Triangle and travels down Bellaire Boulevard and S. Rice Avenue. The festival, located in Loftin Park, will start immediately after the parade.
Enjoy live entertainment, carnival games, food, a mini ferris wheel, petting zoo, moon jumps, dunk tank and more.
