The Center for the Healing of Racism's luncheon honors Micki Dickoff, YWCA of Houston and Janis "Bus Lady" Scott with the 2013 Ally Award. The event will be emceed by La Monica Yarbrough, features music by Carla Barker and David Noll and barbecue by James Lacy.
