The Building Hope for Children gala will raise funds for Houston's abused and abandoned children who otherwise would live without a safe home. Michael Cordúa and Cordúa Restaurants will provide the evening's food for the 26th consecutive year.
Since 1982, Casa de Esperanza de los Niños - the House of Hope for Children - has offered a safe place for children in crisis due to abuse, neglect or the effects of HIV. Casa de Esperanza provides residential care and coordinates medical and psychological services according to the needs of each child.
