The dinner will feature an eight-course menu created by executive chef Kevin Bryant, matched with a variety of frosty brews paired by Buffalo Bayou Brewing Co. brew master Rassul Zarinfar, who will be in attendance with the rest of his team.
The evening will also feature four custom beers available for one night only and a tap-takeover with 12 Buffalo Bayou brews on draft for individual purchase.
