Shake the mothballs out of your applique holiday sweaters and don those light bulb earrings for Aurora Picture Show's ninth annual Holiday Party and Raffle. Join the staff and board for an event in which you will not only be a supportive fundraiser elf, but you will also be entered to score some great gifts for yourself or someone special in the raffle. In addition, Aurora has added a special silent auction of artworks from local artists.

The annual holiday raffle and art auction supports the full scope of Aurora's mission and programs, including artists honorariums, public programs, youth education programs and free or affordable admissions.

This annual social gathering of Houston cinema and art aficionados includes holiday entertainment. Houston curator Peter Lucas will video DJ a selection of holiday-themed videos throughout the party.

Saint Arnold Brewing Co., Costco Wholesale and Phoenicia Specialty Foods will be sharing the good tidings with seasonal libations and snacks.
