Shopping for just the right gown to wear to the Houston Grand Opera Madame Butterfly opening night celebration, Sharin Gaille expanded her search to New York where she found precisely what she wanted — a searing red, one-shoulder gown with a butterfly outlined in Swarovski crystals. One problem — opening night gala chair Margaret Williams had just purchased it. Never mind. It didn't take long before Gaille found a beautiful Alexander McQueen gown in the window of  the flagship Saks Fifth Avenue store in midtown Manhattan.  "I was on this mission to find a beautiful dress. I saw this one and said 'That's it.'"  She accessorized with antique cloisonné butterflies in her hair and a 1940s era gold evening bag from the Heights vintage clothing store Retropolis.
