Roseann Rogers has to be one of the most fashion-savvy media personalties in the city. Last year, with a 2011 datebook full of black-tie events for which red gowns would be appropriate, she ordered three party frocks in various fiery hues. Once they arrived, she liked each one so much that she kept them all. For the American Heart Association Heart Ball, she stepped out in this bold red, one-shouldered gown by Max & Cleo from Nordstrom.

She complimented the look with a whimsical Moo Roo handbag that she ordered from the company headquarters in Charleston, S.C. Her sexy, strappy, petal-embellished black evening sandals are from Tootsies. Her other two red gowns are also from Tootsies.

Known as Houston's "Buzz Lady" for her years on KPRC Channel 2, Rogers today serves and marketing and public relations director for Finger Furniture. She attended the Heart Ball with her husband, Dr. Aashish Shah.
