Summer whites seemed to carry the fashion theme for many attending "A Night in Havana," the indoor/outdoor bash at Concepción. The party scene was also peppered with guayaberas, loads of linen and shorts, sometimes so short as to challenge the laws of modesty.
One who carried off the short shorts look with style and class was community relations specialist Monitrice Malone. Her J-Lo white eyelet shorts played fashionable companion to her shimmery top by Trina Turk. The ostrich handbag is vintage.
Her goal, she said, was to project summer chic while wearing something cool and "airy."
