Even though it's as hot as hades around here, Meghan Lee is thinking fall, yearning for woolens, jackets and boots. "But with our Houston heat, you would look ridiculous," she says. So when she stepped out at Houston Grand Opera's ON party at Tootsies last week, Meghan let her nail polish set the tone of her outfit.

The smokey rose color on her nails was Pasha by Zoya. It's a nice complement to her cropped top that has a certain rosey hue, a find from Forever 21. Meghan paired the feminine top with ivory slacks from Zara, Stuart Weitzman black pumps from Neiman Marcus and a matching clutch that she found on Shopbop.com. "I felt pairing the black with neutrals would be a good inbetween for summer and fall," she said.

When not on the party circuit, Meghan works as a hair stylist at Cerón Salon, where she says her clothes must be durable and something less than designer labels. "At work, I'm a walking billboard for Forever 21 and Zara because if I mess them up, no big deal."
