Don't ask the stylish Gina Bhatia what she's going to wear to the next charity soirée. This lady, wife of surgeon Dr. Devinder Bhatia, doesn't make fashion decisions until it's almost time to walk out the door. Case in point is the Best Dressed charity luncheon benefiting the March of Dimes. When she arose that morning, Gina felt that something feminine, light and comfortable would be appropriate for the event at which every ensemble is closely scrutinized by the fashion flock.
On this day, she selected a Ralph Lauren Black Label Annalyn organza skirt and a sleeveless blouse from Kate Spade, both purchased at those stores in the Galleria. She accessorized with python skin pumps, also by Ralph Lauren, and a to-die-for silk wrap from Louis Vuitton.
"The way I feel in a certain outfit one day can change drastically the next. So I almost always decide the day of," she explains.
Although she describes her personal sense of style as "polished and fresh or even classic elegance," Gina shops across the board, hitting Ralph Lauren one day and Versace the next.
