Fashion Houston featured a lot of fashionably-dressed people, but David Brown's rugged style caught our eye. He calls the look "seven layers of plaid," mixing a two-tone plaid Etro vest and Etro checked pants, both from M Penner, with a contrasting plaid Ferragamo shirt and scarf, purchased at the Ferragamo boutique in The Galleria.
His Yves Saint Laurent boots came from the YSL boutique, also in The Galleria. "I shop the boutiques," said Brown, who in this outfit is a dead ringer for Breaking Bad's Bryan Cranston. "It's the first time for everything but the shoes."
He had other options, too.
"Oh my god, you should see my closet. Who do I want to be tonight?? If the weather were colder, I had a whole other outfit ready. I'll save it for another time," he said.
