Always striking on glamorous nights out, Sallymoon Bentz was particularly fetching at the Dancing With the Houston Stars benefit for Houston Ballet. The invitation called for "elegant supper club attire" and this young lady had just the ticket — a shimmering cocktail dress by Valentino, purchased at the Valentino boutique in the Galleria. Finishing off the look that required no further accessorizing were her Chanel evening pumps, also a find at the Galleria boutique. A little Bulgari jewelry and the look was complete.
Bentz selected this particular dress from her closet filled with other Valentinos as well as Ungaro, YSL, Moschino, Armani and other designer labels because "I thought it was festive and glam chic." "I know Becca (Becca Cason Thrash who chaired/hosted the event) loves glamour and designer dresses, so I made an effort to please our hostess," she said.
Bentz steps out for stellar occasions on the arm of her husband, Dr. Alan Bentz, an emergency medical physician.
In case you don't know this beauty of Tunisian origin who holds French citizenship, she has a passion for languages and speaks eight plus several dialects. As a wine and food connoisseur, she was one of the youngest members of the Chaine des Rotisseurs and is currently president of The Hope Initiative for a Better Life Foundation and has written an etiquette book, Western Table Manners.
