Just another day at the University of Houston . . . Beyoncé is in the school library.
Houston's own international superstar shocked the audience at UH's "Living Archives" series Monday afternoon. Beyoncé's mom Tina Knowles is being featured in the series and was recording an interview that will be archived in the UH Women's Archive and Research Collection, but the daughter's appearance at Rockwell Pavilion of the University of Houston M.D. Anderson Library was a complete surprise.
One that put UH students into a Twitter frenzy as word of Beyoncé's presence on their campus spread. It sort of makes Charlie Sheen's workout with the University of Houston's baseball team seem minor by comparison.
Beyoncé and her mom recently appeared at London Fashion Week where they promoted their new House of Dereon fashion label together.
