Elin Woods dropping her last name for a Swedish manse?

Elin Woods is reportedly leaving her golf-star husband. The two were said to be working on their marriage, but Tiger's quicker-than-expected return to golf and, more recently, his controversial Nike ad have apparently pushed his wife toward divorce. 

Builders have been spotted at the $2 million home she purchased in Sweden, perhaps getting ready for Nordegren's impending arrival (she flew out of Florida Sunday, sans kids, to visit her ailing mother in Arizona). And though no papers have been filed, there are reports that Nordegren met with a divorce lawyer before her departure. 

It's about time. Although who knows, maybe it's just the next step in her master plan.

In other celebrity matrimonial news, Larry King is getting divorced — again (No. 8 if you're counting), and Liz Taylor is, for once, not getting married (the 78-year-old chose to use Twitter to try and debunk those rumors).

Which makes me think: Why not Larry and Liz? Those two might have a chance. With their combined experience, I think they could make it 'til death do they part — shouldn't be too long now.
