Unquestionably, Lynn Wyatt was the belle of the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston Grand Gala Ball. Not only did she lead the museum to record ball proceeds of more than $2 million, she also had the designer of her elegant white lace gown on her arm.
Peter Copping of Oscar de la Renta was one of Wyatt's guests at the trés glam gala. He designed the haute couture gown just for her "Black and White" ball, an effort of perfection that required, Lynn allowed, at least six fittings. Well worth the effort!
Every lady in the gathering of close to 500 dressed in either black, white or a combination. And what an amazing turnout of designer fashion we saw.
Lynn Wyatt accepts her "Black and White" birthday cake from City Kitchen, allowing us to get a look at the back of her resplendent Oscar de la Renta couture gown.
