The 411: World Cup star and Houston Dash midfielder Carli Lloyd had 150 of the youthful club members wowed with her remarks about personal success. More than 800 guests turned out in support of the clubs, serving 10,000 students citywide, and in support of the evening's honorees, Patti and Michael Morgan.

The business attire evening was chaired by Carolyn and Matt Khourie and Katherine and Paul Murphy, who saw the event's windfall surpass $820,000. After thanking the chairs for their efforts, Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Houston CEO Kevin Hattery noted, "Being able to have a role model like Carli Lloyd speak really made a big impact in our attendance and message to our kids and guests.”
