The 411: More than 150 members of the young professionals leg of museum supporters poured in for an exclusive after-hours party focusing on Shadows on the Wall: Cameraless Photography from 1851 to Today. The lively vibe in the lobby of Audrey Jones Beck Building was enhanced by the spins of DJ Lowf and fueled by cocktails, including the drink of the night — Summer Silhouette, a tasty concoction of tequila, lime juice, simple syrup and club soda.
These young art enthusiasts perused the amazing works on display in the neighboring Cameron Foundation Gallery. The exhibition, which features 50 images created with light and chemistry — no cameras, remains on exhibit through Nov. 30.
