As tradition, the student orchestra increased in intensity through the night, and the evening was energized when as steam billowed from the stage and the two maestros, Franz Krager and Andrzej Grabiec entered in lab coats.
The evening honored Gordon Bethune, Walter Cunningham, David Dewhurst, Sidney Evans, Monzer Hourani, Dr. Renu Khator, Dr. John Mendelsohn, Sybil Roos and Margaret Alkek Williams. The event was co-chaired by Patti Murphy, Roland Maldonado, MD and Elina Htun.
