What: 35th annual Celebrity Serve Benefit for ESCAPE Family Resource Center.

Where: Tony's.

The scoop: As she has one since founding the celebrity waiter-themed benefit Joan Schnitzer Levy and charitable sidekick Gerald Franklin joined forces in chairing the fundraiser that raised $300,000 towards construction of Escape's first permanent home in Midtown. Thus, the "Hard Hats & Heels" theme.

While Faith and Lee Majors (aka the Six Million Dollar Man) were celebrity guests, it was the celebrity waiters who caused the riotous fun. Those, many in costume, included Ernie Manouse, Kim Padgett, Bob Sakowtiz, Lara Bell, Walt Cunningham, Roseann Rogers, Lanny Griffith, Kevin Gilliard, and Frank Billingsley.

Who: Emcee Tom Koch,  Shara Fryer and Barry Silverman, Janet Gurwitch, Janet Shamlian, Fredell and Bobby Deutser, Robin Young-Ellis and Joe Ellis, Dot Cunningham, and Jerry Ann and Victor Costa.
