The 203-unit Broadstone 3800 will arise where a patchy parking lot now stands at the corner of West Alabama and Main Street, its future residents granted easy access to fine dining, coffee shops, dive bars, grocery stores, art galleries, music venues and the Ensemble/HCC METRORail station.
