A multifamily development is coming to a corner in Midtown, thanks to an equity deal recently closed on by Alliance Residential

The 203-unit Broadstone 3800 will arise where a patchy parking lot now stands at the corner of West Alabama and Main Street, its future residents granted easy access to fine dining, coffee shops, dive bars, grocery stores, art galleries, music venues and the Ensemble/HCC METRORail station. (Real Estate Bisnow first reported on the upcoming development).

It's a hip young professional's dream — and the developers are banking on that sector.

EDI International describes Broadstone Midtown as four floors of apartments perched atop a two-story, 284-space parking garage. But no first-floor retail, much to the disappointment of all mixed-use enthusiasts.
