A new multifamily luxury apartment project is rising in the Westchase District.
The developer (The Morgan Group) is calling the project Pearl Woodlake. It's located at 2033 S. Gessner Road — and will consist of 376 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units, ranging in size from 607 to 1,693 square feet. Rent at the new high-end apartments, scheduled to open in the summer of 2015, will range from $1,250 to $2,600 per month.
The Morgan Group, which focuses on constructing upscale urban apartments, launched the Pearl brand last summer with the opening of Pearl Greenway, located at 3788 Richmond Avenue.
“The Westchase District has become one of the strongest office markets in Houston, which is driving demand in the area for more luxury apartments," Morgan CEO Mike Morgan said in a statement. "This property will be a popular choice for those who value a live-work-play environment in one of the city's most vibrant neighborhoods. The amenities at Pearl Woodlake will be first class.
