Two years after closing due to damage from Hurricane Ike, Spindletop — Houston's only revolving restaurant — has reopened in the Hyatt Regency Houston hotel.
"It's totally different," Hyatt director of food and beverage Michael Borer told CultureMap earlier, when we first reported on the restaurant's resurrection."The whole interior has been redone, updated and modernized. It's a really fabulous look."
Spindletop is open for dinner only from Tuesday through Saturday.
