Whether dining in the air conditioning or al fresco, starting on Monday Ninfa's is giving weekday lunch customers a cooling treat to beat the summer heat — for free.
Paletas — traditional Mexican-style popsicles with fresh fruit pieces — will be handed out to exiting customers from an honest-to-goodness paleta cart at the entrance. Flavors include refreshing summer fruits like watermelon, cantaloupe and pineapple.
If your mouth isn't already watering, check your pulse. Free paleta season at Original Ninfa's will last through Aug. 17.
