It's been almost a year of waiting for a follow-up to Bootsie's for fans of Randy Rucker's prodigious culinary skills.
After plans for restaurant conat in the Museum District fell through in April, it looks like Rucker has been working behind the scenes to prepare for his next venture, and he released details for the first time on Twitter Thursday night.
Rucker says his next concept will be called Briar and Bramble, but for now that's all the information he's giving out.
"Spot has been chosen but waiting to release vital info," he tweeted to one of several asking for more details. Sounds like Rucker has learned a couple things from his last experience.
