No local Houston chain is growing faster than BB's Café.

In the past two years, the Cajun po' boy joints owned by Brooks Bassler have gone from one small location at the corner of Montrose and Westheimer to adding a second location downtown and a third in the Heights. Now a fourth BB's is planned in the Greenway Plaza area, taking over the former Laurier Café and Wine space on Richmond. That's 300 percent growth.

With a debut scheduled for July, the fourth BB's will offer the same late night hours that distinguished the original, staying open until 3 a.m. Thursday through Sunday, and offering happy hour specials in addition to corporate catering and bulk delivery for nearby office workers.

BB's fans should look for the signature red brick facade, wrought iron details, gas lanterns and New Orleans folk art, plus a new raw oyster bar and a spacious patio.

Are you excited for more BB's po' boys?
