Dark wood panels may dominate the interior of Sullivan's Steakhouse, but the lively atmosphere, delicious food, drinks and entertainment are anything but dim. Whether it's dinner or someplace to mosey up to the bar you're seeking, this fine dining venue is a bright option for those looking to have a good time out on the town.

Besides the large dining area and private party room, Sullivan's offers not one, but two bars. The larger of the two, Ringside, features live music Wednesdays through Saturdays.

Sullivan's knockout cocktail menu packs quite a punch as we found out first hand when special guest Michael Garfield, the High-Tech Texan, joined the Bottoms Up crew at the bar to shake up two of Sullivan's bright signature cocktails: the Red Over Heels and the Knockout Martini.

1. 5 oz Sky Raspberry Vodka
0.5 oz Chambord
1 oz Sweet and sour

Knock Out Martini
1.5 oz Svedke Clementine Vodka
1.5 oz Fresh pineapple juice
