Want some substance with those suds? Saint Arnold Brewing Company has hired on Ryan Savoie — most recently of The Grove, and formerly executive chef at Pizzeria Alto — to helm its new kitchen (Eater first reported the hire).
"It will be beer-centric, designed to pair with beers. I think kind of Belgian, French, Alsatian bistro kind of fare," Saint Arnold founder Brock Wagner hinted to the Dallas Observer of the concept.
Saint Arnold's marketing and events director Lennie Ambrose confirmed to Eater that a seasonally-driven menu will be "elevated but not fancy," featuring a different dish each day. Patrons will be able to keep up with the daily offerings on Twitter.
Ambrose expects the kitchen to begin serving lunch in mid-March. Saint Arnold representatives told CultureMap that more information is forthcoming.
